We are based in Singapore and we run our business via home-based. Click here to arrange for appointment to view our deliverables or we could e-meet via zoom, skype and video calls.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORKS?
We would require a 30% non-refundable deposit when you book in order to secure your date. Balance 50% is due upon completion of the event. Payment have to be made within 24hrs after the event. The final 20% upon collection or delivery of your photos & videos. We accept payment via internet banking, payNow or cash.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE PHOTOS & VIDEOS READY?
You will get your photos and videos 3 to 4 months from your wedding date. An online album will be made available to you within 1 - 2 months from your wedding for you to select your frame (if any).
CAN WE HAVE THE RAWS?
We do not give out raw image files. Half the work that you hire us for is the editing and we work hard to edit each and every image & videos for you which is part of the creative process. I mean you wouldn’t go to a famous restaurant and ask for an uncooked nasi lemak would you?
WHAT IF WE WANT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
If we already have your date booked and you’ve paid your deposit, there is no refund for cancellation. If you are changing your wedding date or would like to reschedule your session then you are able to use your deposit to cover your new fee but you will be required to pay the remaining amount accordingly. The reason we are unable to refund you is not because we are trying to steal your money, but it’s because we have set aside a certain amount of dates to take bookings each year, and we would have likely had to turn down other clients from your date and there is no guarantee that we will receive a new booking for that date.

You contact us via our booking page. WE ARE SUPER DUPER THRILLED! We will get back to you within 24 hours from your mail answering all the questions you may have in mind.
4. WEDDING PREPARATION
A month before your wedding we will follow-up with you with all the questions we will need to know about your wedding. We will plan out the wedding itinerary together with you.
2. LET'S MEET
This is the time we get to know each other. And we would love to hear everything about your love story, from the moment you meet to how you envision your wedding!
5. YOUR BIG DAY IS HERE!
You get FREAKING married! We take your photos and videos & forget about everything else and enjoy the moment!
3. LET'S GET YOU BOOKED
We will send you an online booking form and email you your invoice. You will pay the 30% deposit and we will block your important date for you.
5. IMAGE & VIDEO DELIVERY
We know you can't wait to view your photos, we will send you some sneak peaks within a week. The final gallery of your images + wedding highlights will come within 2 months! WOHOOO!
